Le Musée du Maricel est situé dans un ancien hôpital du XIVeme siècle revisité dans le style moderniste par l’artiste Miguel Utrillo. Le musée abrite des peintures et des sculptures des XIX et XX siècle par exemple des fresques sur le première guerre mondiale réalisées par José maria Sert mais aussi de très belles mosaïques gothiques.

Qui connaît ses oeuvres ? Quelle est sa cote ?

I'm conducting a research on José de Zamora, a famous costume designers for Music-hall in Paris in the years '20 to '60. He died tragically in Sitges on 3rd December
1971 after having exibited his work at the Galleria Blaumar.

The problem is when he was born and where. There are many dates mentioned here and there (1889, 1890, 1891, 1899) and places (Madrid or Alicante).

Are you in a position to clarify this mystery. If not do you know who may help me? The ideal would be to have the final word from the etat civil. Since he died in Sitges I'm sure that there are records also of his date and place of birt.
